How do I register?
Beginning early 2010, you may register online at www.superzoo.org, by clicking on the "REGISTER NOW" button. Registration online is FREE. Or, you may print a registration form, fill in your information and mail or fax for a $5 fee per attendee. On-site registration will also be available for $20.

Will I receive my badges before the show?
Badges are not mailed out prior to the event. Barcodes will be emailed to registered attendees before the show. You simply need to print your barcode and bring it to the badge scan stations for expedited entry.

What is the dress/attire?
The dress code varies from business attire to casual, based on the business you plan to conduct at the show. Comfortable, covered shoes are recommended.

What educational seminar programs at SuperZoo University are available and how do I sign up to attend a seminar?
Educational seminar information, including schedules and registration, will be available on the web site as it becomes available. All pre-registered attendees will receive e-mail correspondence with seminar information. 

Are children permitted in the exhibit halls?
Children are permitted at this show.

Are pets allowed in the exhibit halls?
Attendees are not permitted to bring pets to SuperZoo. Pets are permitted in the exhibit halls as a part of an exhibitor's booth display. Animals used for Grooming purposes will be directed to specific entrances/exits.

Are photos allowed in the exhibit halls?
Taking photos of booths or products is not allowed at SuperZoo.

Does the Convention Center offer assistance for visitors with disabilities?
If you have any special needs, wheelchairs are available at the concierge desk where the carpeted area begins for the registration area.  No pre-arrangements are necessary.
