Official Rules: Cash Giveaway Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Eligibility: The Cash Giveaway Sweepstakes in Nevada (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to 2024 SUPERZOO registered Retailers who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of the sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by SUPERZOO (the “Sponsor”), located at 11801 Pierce Street Ste 200, Riverside CA 92505.

Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, August 16 at 9am PT and ends on Friday, August 16 at 12pm PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible for the drawing. How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must scan their Retailer badge at the Live Music Lounge Contest Entry Location. Participants may enter badge scans during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods will void that participant’s entries, and that participant may be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.

Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place on Friday, August 16 at 12:30pm. The potential winner will be notified via onsite announcement within immediate announcement of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within the specified time, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize: The winner will receive [one of three prizes; $3,000 cash or check, $2,000 cash or check, 3 night Mandalay Bay Hotel stay during SUPERZOO 2025. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $6,000. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or a component thereof) with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner’s consent to the Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner may be required to complete and submit appropriate tax forms to the Sponsor.

General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or violates these Official Rules. Limitation of Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries.
