Boyd Howell is a Business Improvement Consultant, Sales Professional, Speaker and Trainer with a passion for obtaining higher levels of sales production, while solving workplace people problems at the root level, resulting in delivering superior internal and external customer centric service. He is currently, the Director of New Business Development for Perceptual Intelligence. Boyd began his career with an Inside Sales position at The Friedman Group and was extremely fortunate to have, Harry J. Friedman, as his mentor. Boyd earned an invitation to execute a Business Development responsibility and eventually V.P. of Sales. He worked with companies such as: Cartier Latin America, La-Z-Boy, West Marine and Yankee Candle. As a result of the customized core competencies, included in the consulting blueprints, these clients experienced: sales increases, record breaking conversion rates, higher employee retention rates, and improved margins due to eliminating workplace drama and a need for discounts to make the sale.
