資格：
本次比賽對任何在參賽者註冊中表明他們目前居住在國際國家並正在參加公開級別比賽的人開放。符合條件的比賽：混合沙龍、運動、其他純種馬、鋼絲外套和貴賓犬。
判斷：
The Open Level Judge will choose the Best International Competitor from each Open Level Grooming Class competition. Each competitor chosen as the class winner must return to the contest stage with their entry at 4:15 pm on Thursday, August 14, 2025. At that time, the Best in Show Judge will choose the winner of the Best International Pet Stylist in Show award.
