Terms and Conditions for 2026 SUPERZOO Squad Sweepstakes

1. 応募資格
本キャンペーンは、以下の条件を満たす個人を対象としています： 

  • 応募時点で18歳以上であること。
  • Are verified retailers registered for SUPERZOO 2026.
  • Have attended SUPERZOO once in the past three years.
  • Employees of World Pet Association, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion agencies and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period 
The giveaway begins at 8:00 PM PST on May 20, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on May 27, 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

  • Register to attend SUPERZOO 2026.
  • Follow SUPERZOO on Instagram.
  • Like the sweepstakes post on Instagram.
  • Add a comment on the post that you’re registered and tell us what you’re most excited for this year.
  • Reshare on your Instagram Story for a bonus entry.

4. Winner Selection 
Winners will be selected at random using a list randomizer and the drawing will occur after giveaway has closed. Winners will be announced on May 29th, 2026.

5. Prizes 
Each winner will receive an email containing details about one of the three prizes:

  • First place: Two-night hotel stay, free education pass and VIP Lounge access
  • Second place: Free education pass
  • Third place: iPad

賞品は譲渡不可であり、現金やその他の物品との交換はできません。ワールド・ペット・アソシエーションは、公表された賞品が入手不可能となった場合、同等またはそれ以上の価値を持つ未公表の賞品と交換する権利を留保します。

6. Notification of Winners 
Three (3) winners will be notified after giveaway has closed. The email will contain details on how to claim or access their prize before or onsite at SUPERZOO 2026 in Las Vegas, NV. Winners will be announced on May 29th, 2026.

7. 広報
本キャンペーンに参加することにより、参加者は、当選した場合、法律で禁止されている場合を除き、追加の報酬や通知なしに、World Pet AssociationおよびSUPERZOOがSUPERZOOのInstagramやその他のプロモーションプラットフォーム上で、参加者の氏名、肖像、およびキャンペーンに関連するコンテンツを使用する権利を付与するものとします。

8. プライバシー
本プレゼントキャンペーンに関連して収集された個人情報は、キャンペーンの運営目的にのみ使用され、第三者に提供されることはありません。お客様の情報は、World Pet Associationのプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。

9. 一般条件
World Pet Associationは、事前の通知なしに、いつでも本プレゼントキャンペーンまたは本利用規約を中止、変更、または一時停止する権利を留保します。変更がある場合は、合理的に可能な限り速やかに通知いたします。

10. 免責事項
World Pet Associationは、本プレゼントキャンペーンに関連して発生する可能性のある、情報の誤りや不正確さ、技術的な不具合、応募の紛失や遅延、その他いかなるエラーについても責任を負いません。応募者は、本プレゼントキャンペーンへの参加または賞品の受領に起因して生じる一切の責任について、World Pet Associationを免責し、損害賠償請求を行わないことに同意するものとします。
