What are the official SUPERZOO 2024 dates?

How do I register for staff badges?

Registration for 2024 is coming soon!

Will I receive my badges before the show?

Badges are not mailed out prior to the event. Barcodes will be emailed to registered attendees before the show. You simply need to print your barcode and bring it to the badge scan stations for expedited entry.

Where can I purchase the attendee/Exhibitor List?

We do not sell our attendee or exhibitor list. To see who has purchased a booth and will be exhibiting, be sure to visit the Exhibitor List.

What is the dress/attire?

The dress code varies from business attire to casual, based on the business you plan to conduct at the show. Comfortable, covered shoes are recommended.

What is Material Handling?

Drayage is the cost of moving materials from the loading docks to the booth. This is separate from incoming and outgoing freight charges. You may hand carry as many trips as you need, through the Convention Center Walkway door, during move-in and move-out from the parking lot areas. You will find a Hand Carry entrance map in the Freeman Service Kit. Hand carry will not be available from any of the dock areas or work areas that Freeman will be working in. Please be aware that this may require many trips, and because of the parking location, you will have to carry your exhibit materials a long distance between your car and your exhibit booth. Please consider using the Cartload Service to save time and energy.

Can I Donate Products at the End of the Show?

What educational conference programs are available and how do I sign up to attend?

Conference information, including schedules and registration, is posted to the website as it becomes available. All pre-registered attendees will receive email correspondence with conference information.

Are children permitted in the exhibit halls?

The Mandalay Bay will enforce their “no children under 18” policy during move in/out. Children are permitted at this show. Any children 15 and under must be registered as a minor and badged and must be with adult supervision at all times. Minors are not allowed in the classrooms at SUPERZOO.

Are pets allowed in the exhibit halls?

Pets are permitted in the exhibit halls for exhibitors as a part of their booth display. Animals used for Grooming purposes will be directed to specific entrances/exits.

Are photos allowed in the exhibit halls?

Photography is allowed in all areas at SUPERZOO. A picture of your product can allow a buyer to contact you after the show if they had not had a chance to ask questions or place an order with you while at the show.

What does the booth cost include?

The booth cost includes ID sign (11” x 17”), 8’ draped backwall and 3’ side curtains (island booths will not have drapes) and listing in the show program if space assigned by deadline. The booth cost does not include the carpet, chairs, tables, wastebasket and anything else required within the booth space.

Does the Convention Center offer assistance for visitors with disabilities?

To reserve ahead of time, call ScooterBug at (702) 736-4399 or (702) 334-0813. This will make certain one is available upon arrival. Wheelchairs and scooters should be picked up at the Bell desk at the Mandalay Bay, across from registration.
