For companies unable to participate with a booth on the SUPERZOO show floor, NEM Meeting Rooms provide a simple off-floor space for private conversations with retailers, distributors, and partners. Unlike booths, these rooms are not part of the main show floor experience and offer limited visibility to attendee traffic. They function more as quiet meeting areas rather than opportunities to showcase products or engage broadly with the SUPERZOO audience. Availability is first-come, first-served, and pricing includes access for three show days plus one move-in day.

What does the meeting room include?

  • Includes carpet, electrical, and standard 8′ tall panel wall inserts
  • Lockable door featuring your company logo and room number displayed on the floor
  • Interior-only branding opportunities—customize the entire inside of your space (Contact Freeman for signage/graphics ordering)
  • 10’ x 10’ room setup: 1 round café table with 4 padded chairs
  • 10’ x 20’ room setup: 1 eight-foot table with 8 padded chairs

The prices listed below apply to exhibitors who have not previously booked a meeting room. Please note, a 25% surcharge will be applied to exhibitors who choose to book a meeting room in consecutive years.

Are there additional Rules and Regulations for NEM Meeting Rooms?

In our effort to maintain a sleek space for our buyers, we’ve outlined specific guidelines.

  • No banners/displays/promotional items are allowed outside of the meeting room.
  • A/V can be ordered through preferred service provider.
  • Any Food/beverage in your meeting room, MUST be ordered from the Mandalay Bay. 
    • No outside food is allowed to be brought into the meeting rooms.
  • For Meeting Room Cancellation Policy please refer to the SUPERZOO Basic Terms and Conditions agreement.
