Christine Speerin
A multi-award-winning groomer Christine has been a pioneer of the Australian grooming industry. As an international grooming contest judge, speaker and demonstrator, Christine has held seminars, workshops and certifications all around the world to educate and promote the grooming industry.
Her articles have been featured in numerous industry and mainstream print and online media magazines and her works have been featured on prime-time television segments in Australia including Sydney Weekender, Talk to the Animals, Bondi Vet, Sunrise and the TODAY show.
Christine and her husband Les worked as consultants (and she also appeared as a celebrity judge) for the highly successful reality grooming show Pooch Perfect in Australia which was later sold to other countries.
Her highly successful company The Grooming School has set the standard for training centres in Australia for the past 20 + years with International students certified by her school coming from Malaysia, France, USA, India, China, Thailand, Brunei, England, New Zealand, Slovakia, Holland, Germany, Ireland, Japan, Singapore & Canada.
Christine’s accomplishments in the grooming world are many having judged for over 10+ years at many events in the USA including at SuperZoo and the All American Grooming Show and has also judged at several Groomania events in Europe as well as various grooming events and certifications for IGA (International Grooming Association) in China, South Korea and Australia.
A proud moment was when she represented Australia at the EGA (European Grooming Association) World Titles in 2009, and in 2015 had the ultimate honour of being selected for the judging panel for the 2015 EGA World Titles in Belgium.
Christine has a vast following worldwide and takes great pleasure in passing on her wealth of grooming knowledge to groomers of all levels.
