Karen Shenoy, DVM
Dr. Karen Shenoy serves as Chief Veterinary Officer for Hill’s US. She joined the company in 2008 and has extensive industry experience, having progressed through roles of increasing responsibility leading commercial and professional teams at Hill’s. Additionally, she has small animal practice experience, and has worked in wildlife rehabilitation medicine and as part-time adjunct faculty with a veterinary technology program. She serves on the boards of the Diversify Veterinary Medicine Coalition and the Veterinary Innovation Council. She is also a member of the Board of Chief Veterinary Medical Officers and is an active mentor through WILMAH (Women in Leadership and Management in Animal Health). Karen holds BS and DVM degrees from Univ of Minnesota. She, her husband, James, and 11-year-old daughter, Maya, reside in the Kansas City area with their menagerie of pets, including 3 mixed-breed shelter dogs. They enjoy outdoor activities and are avid followers of University of Minnesota Gopher sports. Karen also enjoys competitive swimming.
