SUPERZOO Past Attendee Instagram Giveaway

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
1.1 Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.2 The giveaway is open to all retail-qualified SUPERZOO registrants who have attended SUPERZOO 2023 and 2024. Qualified retailers include: Aquarium, Birding Store, Full Line Pet with Grooming, Full Line Pet (with Animals), Full Line Pet (without Animals), Feed / Farm / Ranch, Gift / Boutique / Specialty, On-Line, Reptile Store, Lawn / Garden / Department / Home /Hardware, Mass Market / Value / Dollar / Club / Grocery / Drug, Online retailers must sell branded products from a variety of manufacturers. Online retailers must provide the company URL when registering for SUPERZOO. If your company owns the brand name on all products sold in your store, you are classified as a Manufacturer.
1.3 Employees of World Pet Association, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:
2.1 The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PST on April 24, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on April 30, 2025 (“Entry Period”).
2.2 Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter:
3.1 Participants must:

  • Follow @superzooshow on Instagram.
  • Like the official giveaway post.
  • Comment on the giveaway post with “I’m registered!” and tag one (1) friend.

3.2 Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Entries that do not comply with the instructions above will be deemed invalid. Duplicate entries, automated entries, or those made using multiple accounts will be disqualified. 

3.3 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. 

4. Winner Selection:
4.1 Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using WASK Randomizer.
4.2 The selection of winners is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

5. Prizes:

  • First Prize:
    • One (1) complimentary hotel room at one of WPA’s official housing partners during SUPERZOO 2025.
    • One (1) free SUPERZOO education pass (valued at $220).
  • Second Prize:
    • One (1) Pets+ Sample Box (available only to owners or managers of brick-and-mortar pet retail stores located in the continental United States).
    • One (1) free SUPERZOO education pass (valued at $220).

5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash or other prize alternatives will be offered.
5.3 World Pet Association reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

5.4 The Second Prize is only available to individuals who are owners or managers of a brick-and-mortar pet retail store located in the continental United States. If the selected Second Prize winner does not meet this criterion, an alternate eligible winner will be selected. 

6. Notification of Winners:
6.1 Winners will be notified via email within two (2) days of the giveaway closing.
6.2 If a winner does not respond within three (3) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
6.3 It is the responsibility of participants to ensure that their contact information is accurate.

7. Publicity:
By entering the giveaway, participants agree that, if selected as a winner, their name, giveaway-associated photography and imagery, and entry may be announced and shared on SUPERZOO’s Instagram and other promotional materials, without further compensation or permission.

8. Privacy:
All personal data submitted by participants will be processed in accordance with WPA’s privacy policy and will be used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s express consent. 

9. General Conditions:
9.1 World Pet Association reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the giveaway and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice due to any reason beyond its control.
9.2 Any changes to the giveaway will be communicated to participants as soon as reasonably possible.

10. Limitation of Liability:
World Pet Association is not responsible for:

  • Any incorrect or inaccurate information supplied by participants.
  • Technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware/software.
  • Lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable entries due to any reason including but not limited to system errors, failed transmissions, or technical failures.
  • By participating, entrants release and hold harmless World Pet Association, Instagram, and their affiliates, officers, and employees from any and all liability arising from or relating to the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.

11. Governing Law:
This giveaway and its terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
