Learn more about MGM’s Health and Safety Commitment

Coming together as a community will require standards that allow us to meet safely and with confidence. As the impact of COVID-19 and the response to it continues to evolve, so will our protocols. WPA will continue to closely monitor and evaluate this complex situation in order to provide the safest and most productive experience possible for all event participants.

Our primary goal is to protect the health of our valued attendees and exhibitors, so that you can focus on conducting business and networking with your community in-person this August at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. WPA is working MGM closely to ensure compliance with local mandates. As an MGM venue, the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, and SuperZoo, will adhere to the following:

MGM Resorts will continue working closely with local, state, and federal authorities with respect to mask-wearing. Pursuant to current CDC guidance, where applicable under state or local law, fully vaccinated guests are not required to wear masks while at some of our properties. Following CDC guidance and requirements set forth by the State of Nevada, masks are required for all guests and employees in all inside public spaces in Nevada, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are provided upon request for anyone in need of one.

In addition to mask wearing while onsite at SuperZoo, attendees and exhibitors will find hand washing and hand sanitizing stations placed conveniently and frequently throughout the event. We will maintain full transparency and work to keep you up-to-date on any changes to the protocols you can expect.

We are committed to delivering the connections, solutions and experiences that only an in-person conference can offer—and that we know so many of you are cravingIn fact, recent studies have shown that nearly 85% of event attendees are ready to get back to in person shows.

Have questions? Send ‘em our way. We can’t wait to see you in August!
