Anxiety and Customer Relations

Dealing with a demanding customer can be challenging enough, but sometimes, dealing with even the most pleasant customers can be rough. You can still be a customer service ace and have anxiety. In this class, we’ll talk about the different types of anxiety and ways to deal with each one. We’ll leave some time to role-play some of your “worst case worries” so that when we face them in the wild, we can be prepared. We will also learn some simple meditation and stress relieving techniques that we can use any time we need.
